SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders are processed and shipped for most items within 7 business days. You will be given an approximate shipping date at checkout. Aloha Friyay will contact you if an item is out of stock.
Most of our items are made on order or small batch in order to reduce waste and help the environment, so please be patient.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
Aloha Friyay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

Shipping rates are provided during checkout.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Aloha Friyay is not responsible for these additional costs.
Aloha Friyay has partnered with Native to give customers the option to offset CO2 emissions associated with their order. You can see that option during checkout. CO2 offsetting is a practice of funding projects that reduce or absorb CO2 emissions related to personal or business activities.
