Refund and Return policy

Refund, Return and Exchange FAQ:
  • If we were kooks and there was an error with your order or a manufacturing defect, please e-mail us at within 3 days of receiving your items.  Please include photos of the error and your order number so that we can process your refund if it's determined that we were in fact kooks. 
  • We only process refunds if it was an error on our part.  

Returns and Exchanges:  

  • Merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • We only offer store credit for returns. 
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn in original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges must be mailed within 7 business days once request is submitted. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund shipping.
  • We suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received your returned items.
  • Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will be provided to you in the form of a gift card.
  • Gift cards or store credits are non-returnable
  • For exchanges, specify the exchange item in your email and send to and also include this information in your return package.
  • Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
  • Exchange shipping is included for domestic orders only.
  • Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
